Greater Noida is set to see its one of the biggest weeks as UP International Trade Fair and Moto GP India Grand Prix are coming to town between September 21 to 25. Both mega events are expected to see heavy footfall and in wake of this, educational institutions in Gautam Buddha Nagar shall be closed.
Two major events are lined up in Gautam Buddha Nagar district this week. While ‘UP International Trade Show 2023’ (UPITS) will be held here from September 21 to 25, the ‘Moto GP India Grand Prix ‘ racing event is also being oraganised at the same time from September 22 to 24. In wake of the events and a huge crowd that is expected during this period, the district administration has announced school holidays to avoid inconvenience to the students and parents.
As per an official statement, the schools will be shut on September 21 after 2pm. Whereas, on September 22, there will be a holiday in all the schools of all the boards from nursery to class 12,
1. UP International Trade Show 2023 in Greater Noida
Date and Venue: The international trade fair is scheduled to take place from September 21 to September 25at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida.
Timings for the event:
- Business Hours: 11 AM – 3 PM
- General Public Hours: 3 PM – 8 PM
People can register on for the same on https://upinternationaltradeshow.com/ . Due to VVIP movement and security measures, visitors have been advised to plan their entry to UPITS 2023 from 11 am– 2pm on September 21.
Moto GP India Grand Prix
Date and Venue: Moto GP India Grand Prix at Buddha International Circuit (BIC) ), Greater Noida, from September 22 to 24 Races and Timings: On the BIC tracks, meanwhile, bike stunts will fill the interludes between the racing events scheduled from Friday to Sunday.
