The UP International Trade Show will be scheduled from 21 to 25 September 2023.
The venue of the Show is India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida.
The India Expo Centre is easily accessible by road and metro. If you're coming from Delhi by road you can take the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway till knowledge park metro station and move to IEML through connected roads. Additionally, the metro's Aqua Line directly connects to the Knowledge Park-2 Metro station, which is near by India Expo Centre & Mart.

In modular space, the organizer provides carpeted flooring, table and chairs, three/two side octonorm partition, dustbin, spotlights, plug socket, electricity and name fascia. In raw space, only the bare minimum space is provided, and the exhibitor has to build their stand themselves and demand electricity as per form 3 of exhibitor manual (page 21).

As UPITS is a trade event, no one under 18 years of age will be allowed to enter trade fair during Business Hours. An exception will be made for infants in arms, accompanied by an adult. During Public Hours children under 18 year of age are permitted.
Exhibitor entry badges will be given along with allotment letter and Exhibition Manual in advance. However, it can be provided onsite by the Hall managers upon sharing payment details. For more information contact your Hall managers as mentioned above or exhibitor’s manual (Page no. 16).
Number of badges are linked with the booth size allotted to you. A booth of 9 sq. mtr. will
get 3 badges maximum. For more information, please refer exhibitor’s manual page 7.

Exhibitors can increase stall height up to 10/12 ft in Hall 1-8 and upto 15ft in Hall 9-15 in case of raw stall. The final design must be approved by the organizer,(please refer Form-1 page no. 19) and guidelines page 8-12 of Exhibitor Manual.
You can put on your own fascia only if you have booked raw space. For shell spaces (modular stand), the standard fascia will be provided by organiser. No banner or casual name boards are allowed.
Exhibitors who have taken raw space will get stall possession on 17.09.2023 at 10:00am and those who have taken shell space will get stall possession on 19.09.2023 at 06:00pm onwards.

Vendors must carry a hard copy of the Letter of Authorisation Form-4, from the exhibitor to commence work at the allocated booth (Please refer page 22 of Exhibitor Manual). A copy of this letter must be submitted to the organiser.
On the last day 25th Sept 2023, the booth should be dismantled by 10 pm, and all scrap should be disposed of by 12.00 am as the hall needs to be handed over for possession by other exhibition organizers. No damage to the property, other exhibitors, and/or organiser should be caused in the process.

representatives and the visitors, though the organiser has taken general insurance for the trade fair.

The coupons will be available at the entry gates, RWAs, publication materials and nearby metro station. The coupons must be filled and dropped in the lucky draw box that will be placed in Hall no. 6. Results of the same will be announced every day during show around 7pm and the prizes will be distributed to the winners at Hall no. 4.
