Q1. Who are the organizers?
The organizers of the UP International Trade Show are the Government of Uttar Pradesh and India Exposition Mart Ltd (IEML).
The UP International Trade Show will be scheduled from 25 to 29 September 2025.
The venue of the Show is India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida.

The India Expo Centre is easily accessible by road and metro. If you’re coming from Delhi by road you can take the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway till Knowledge Park Metro Station and move to IEML through connected roads. Additionally, the metro’s Aqua Line directly connects to the Knowledge Park Metro Station, which is near by India Expo Centre & Mart.

The trade fair timing is from 11 am to 8 pm on all five days (25-29 Sept 2025) Business Hours will be from 11 am to 3 pm on 25-29 September 2025. Public Hours will be from 3 pm to 8 pm (25-29 September 2025).

During Business Hours, entry will be provided by registration of the company or firm in the form registered on website or on spot by presenting their visiting card and filling of form with their company details and interest.

During Public Hours, entry will be through badge which will be given after registration at site. Retail sales will be allowed during public hours.

In modular space, the organizer provides carpeted flooring, table and chairs, three/two side octo norm partition, dustbin, spotlights, plug socket, electricity and name fascia. In raw space, only the bare space is provided, and the exhibitor has to build their stand themselves and demand electricity as per form 3 of Exhibitor’s Manual (page 22).

You can make balance payments in Federal Bank Account no. 13400200032149, BankIFSC Code FDRL0001340, Swift Code: FDRLINBBIBD. In case any dues left out, the same can be paid at Trade fair ground. Ensure to collect your receipts and keep it safely.

Exhibitor entry badges will be given along with allotment letter and Exhibitor’s Manual in advance. However, it can be provided onsite by the Hall managers upon sharing payment details. For more information contact your Hall managers as mentioned above or exhibitor’s manual (Page no. 18)
A16. As UPITS is a trade event, no one under 18 years of age will be allowed to enter trade fair during Business Hours. An exception will be made for infants in arms, accompanied by an adult. During Public Hours children under 18 year of age are permitted.

Number of badges are linked with the booth size allotted to you. A booth of 9 sq. mtr. will get 3 badges maximum. For more information, please refer to the Exhibitor’s Manual page 7.

Service providers means one who will construct your booth or assist you in set up. Badges will be made available at the venue on official move-in date on submission of Form 2 by 10 September 2025. Kindly refer to the Exhibitor’s Manual Page 7 & 21.

Yes, Directory entry information needs to be provided on the online platform inside exhibitor panel under request form (Form No.1)

Yes, there are dedicated entry gates for exhibitors to streamline access to the venue. Refer to the venue map sent along with allotment letter for details. However, the following gate numbers are meant for halls for freight vehicles.

The reporting center for freight vehicles will be established at NSSTA parking area near the venue where the truck entry stickers will be issued to freight vehicles. Freight vehicles with appropriate stickers will be allowed entry into the venue.

Yes, additional or specialized equipment can be rented or requested for an extra charge. Please order in advance to avoid last minute rush (Refer page 30 of Exhibitor’s Manual for list of agencies). A requisition needs to be made online for orders.

All booth designs should adhere to the guidelines provided in the Exhibitor’s Manual. If you have any queries or special requests, please get them approved in advance from the organizers. Modular system means built up booth & no nailing on it will be allowed. Shelves or racks or hanger to display, can be demanded on extra charge, please refer Page no. 30 of Exhibitor’s Manual.

While creative booth designs are encouraged, please ensure they adhere to safety regulations and do not obstruct neighboring booths. Any complex installations should be discussed with the organizers in advance and approval obtained. Also please refer to the Do’s & Don’ts at Page 18 of Exhibitor’s Manual.

The layout design of your booth is sent along with an allotment letter. It is also available on the official website https://upinternationaltradeshow.com and will be shared with exhibitors via email. Physical copies will also be available at the information desk during the trade fair.

Exhibitors can increase stall height up to 10 ft in Hall 1-8, up to 15 ft in Hall 9-15 and 10-12 ft in Hall 18A in case of raw stall. The final design must be approved by the organizer, (please refer Form- 1 page 20) and guidelines at page 8-12 of Exhibitor’s Manual.

The height of the booth and name fascia is 10 ft (maximum)(refer page 9 of Exhibitor’s Manual). Please inform correct name of company to be placed on Fascia as name head.

You can put on your own fascia only if you have booked raw space. For shell spaces (modular stand), the standard fascia will be provided by organizer. No banner or casual nameboards are allowed.

Exhibitors who have taken raw space will get stall possessions on 21.09.2025 at 10:00 am (Early possession possible on 19.09.2025, 10:00 am, on request) & those who have taken shell space will get stall possessions on 23.09.2025 from 10:00 am onwards.

You are required to bring a participation letter along with a copy of No-dues certificate for booth possession. Vendors must carry a hard copy of the letter of authorization Form IV from the exhibitor to commence work at the allocated booth (Please refer page 23 of Exhibitor’s Manual). A copy of this letter must be submitted to the organizer.

On the last day 29th Sept 2025, the booth should be dismantled by 10 pm and all scrap should be disposed of by 30th Sept 2025 by 2.00 am as the hall needs to be handed over to other exhibition organizer. No damage to the property, other exhibitors, and/or organizer should be caused in the process.

Yes, it is advisable. Exhibitors should also insure for damage to personnel including their representatives and the visitors, though the organizer will be taking general insurance for the trade fair.
For any general inquiries or assistance, you can approach the hall manager located inside each hall and helpdesk created at venue. Details of Hall managers is as given above (A14).
Facilities at the venue include: a food court, security, left luggage, First-Aid counter, Wi-Fi, information kiosks, storage area, business Centre and ATMs during all days of the trade fair and all organizer’s staff will be available on-site during the construction period as also on trade days. Yes, water facilities are available at the venue. However, the bottled water is available on sale at MRP.
Yes, there will be a lost and found desk where you can inquire about, or report lost items.
Yes, there are parking areas available near the venue for both exhibitors and visitors on a first come first serve basis. Shuttle services might be provided to commute from parking areas to the trade fair area.

Yes, Bank & ATM facilities are available within the complex.

List of empaneled contractors is enclosed. However, you are free to invite any contractor who should have valid electrical license and empaneled with any Govt. Department etc.

Yes, Bank & ATM facilities are available within complex at the Gate No.5.
For B2C visitors there is no registration required entry is free for anyone from 3 pm to 8 pm.
Drinking water is available at the Trade fair ground please follow the signage to reach there. Water bottles at MRP will also be available.
We have a dedicated medical team at the venue in the CFB area (Near the Registration counter) and near the control room. Please call @ 8826104499 in any such emergency.

There are F&B counters food court, and UP Ka Swad within the premises, however, there are more restaurants and hotels available in the vicinity of the venue.
The coupons will be available at the entry gates, RWAs, publication materials and nearby metro stations. The coupons must be filled and dropped in the lucky draw box that will be placed in Hall No. 6. Results of the same will be announced every day during the show around 7 pm and the prizes will be distributed to the winners at Hall No. 4.
Yes, you can but during the B2C hours only, that is 3 pm to 8 pm.
